On Thursday, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe took to Facebook to announce that those in affected communities will see their television, cellphone and internet services waived.
In the post, Scott Moe explained, “SaskTel is continuing to waive overage fees for communities affected by the wildfires.
Customers who are forced to leave their homes due to the wildfires will not be charged for television, internet, and home phone services.”

It is estimated that as many as fifteen thousand people have been forced to displace due to the fires.
