RCMP believe missing 12-year-old boy may be in Winnipeg

RCMP believe a 12-year-old boy missing from his temporary residence in West St. Paul may be in Winnipeg. 

Charlie Bird was last seen on his scooter near Highway 8, going East on Grassmere Road. Red River North RCMP received a report of the missing boy on June 4 at approximately 10:30 p.m.

He is described as 5’2”, 110 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants. He may have a large bruise on his neck.
