Dawgs set for tripleheader weekend

The Okotoks Dawgs are in for a busy weekend, with three games on tap.

They’ll kick things off Friday, June 13, at 7:05 p.m. with a grudge match against the Mavericks in Medicine Hat.

The two teams last met in the Dawgs’ season opener on May 28, where Okotoks lost 12–11.

The Dawgs return home Saturday and Sunday to host the Energy City Cactus Rats.

Okotoks fell to the Cactus Rats in their home opener on May 31 but has since turned the tables, beating them 20–1 and 5–4 at Seaman Stadium earlier this month.

Saturday’s game is set for 7:05 p.m., with a matinee scheduled for Sunday at 2:05 p.m.
