The Grill and Chill took place around the same time as the Strathmore Farmers' Market, which gave a boost to the event's turnout.

"We’re thrilled to be part of this exciting event that celebrates and supports the fathers and men in our community, all while fostering connection and building relationships," wrote Baldwin BBQ on social media.

The event was hosted by Strathmore's Family and Community Support Services.
