The Weyburn Humane Society is getting ready for a summer of fun with a variety of fundraising events and raffles taking place. The fun starts this weekend as on Saturday, June 21st, they will be heading to PetValu Weyburn celebrating Pet Appreciation Month. Beverly Paul, board member with the Weyburn Humane Society welcomes everyone out to enjoy.
“Come enjoy a smokie or hamburger with a drink and a bag of chips for $10. Our 2025 Jeep Compass N raffle vehicle will be on site, and you will be able to purchase a ticket. The draw is August 23rd. We also have a wooden wagon planter full of flowers to raffle and will be drawn for on June 30th. The wagon and flowers can be viewed at Rough Bark (Acres) greenhouse. We will be attending as many events as possible to support the shelter and all the animals. Hope to see you.”
