Drivers heading into Calgary from Airdrie on Saturday reported localized flooding and water pooling, particularly in the northeast part of the city.

On Saturday afternoon, the rainfall warning for Airdrie and the area had been lifted. The previous warning noted that between 40 and 80 mm of rain was expected by Sunday morning.

Motorists are still advised to use caution, especially on secondary routes and in areas where stormwater infrastructure may be overwhelmed.
