All week long, everyone in the southeast was texting to get their names into the draw to get that prize pack. Here's when things went...sideways.
So I found my first winner - Walter Neumann from Frobisher. We ended up chatting for a bit before I announced that he won the ULTIMATE Country Thunder Saskatchewan Package...but he said he couldn't actually go! 😅
He'll actually be part of the Frobisher Threshermen's Day celebrations on July 13th - so he can't spend the entire weekend in Craven! He was gracious enough to give the ENTIRE package back to me and give it away to someone else. So I went digging for a new winner. 🤠

For some context, we had over 100 people texting in throughout the week for these tickets and the camping package. After letting the computer think for a second, it picked our next winner - Cindy Brenner. We couldn't have picked a better winner because she was so excited to see Def Leppard that weekend. Then we ended up chatting some more off the air...and it turns out SHE ALREADY HAD TICKETS to the Def Leppard date! 😱 Now she gets to enjoy all three headliners and everything that Country Thunder Saskatchewan has to offer this year.
