Rossville School in Coleville kicked off summer with their annual water party, as local firefighters turned the field into a splash zone. Students — and even the principal — dove into the fun, marking the last day with soaked smiles and firehose-fueled tradition.

Dinsmore teacher honoured with provincial merit award for dedication to student athletics

Lance Morrison, a longtime teacher and coach in West Central Saskatchewan, has received the SHSAA Merit Award, one of the province’s top honors in high school sports. Recognized for his leadership and mentorship at schools like Dinsmore, Beechy, and Outlook, Morrison has dedicated decades to building strong athletic programs and supporting student athletes on and off the field.

Eatonia students cultivate resilience and roots in garden rebuild

Eaton School is restoring its outdoor classroom after last year’s vandalism, with students and staff replanting native species and adding solar panels. The space offers hands-on learning and a peaceful break from the classroom.
