Another home game and another victory makes the Hanover Kickers undefeated for the month of June!

The game started with both sides trading opportunities. In the 8th minute, a long throw by Jonathon Patterson, turned into a scramble in the box and Noah Froese swung at it, only for the to goalie save it, but Noah got his own rebound, and potted it for his first of the night.

The next opportunity came in the 14th minute with a great buildup play and a final pass from Braxton Phommorath to Amity Mazhara, who one-timed it into the back of the net.

At the 28th minute, Noah Froese tapped a shot on goal that twisted off the goalie and rolled into the corner, for his second of the game and the 3rd goal for the Kickers.

Although Caveliers did break through our defensive lines a few times, Liam came up big and the half would end with Kickers up 3-0.

The 2nd half started off a bit tighter.

The Cavaliers pushed hard to put their mark on the game and in the 63rd minute, Kildonan was awarded a penalty for dangerous play in the box. However, a good read by Liam Hodges, who dove the correct way and came up big to save the penalty and thwart the Cavaliers best chance of the game.

Then, in the 68th minute, Kildonan gets a breakaway on a Kickers defensive lapse, and they slotted in their first of the night. But that would be their only conversion.

Then, in the 71st minute, Kickers were awarded a penalty in the box from a hand ball off a corner kick. Noah stepped up and side netted a shot to complete the hat trick.

Two minutes later, in the 73rd minute, an innocent cross of the ball by Matthias Fuss, into the box, resulted in an uncontrolled header by a Cavaliers defender, who ended up heading it over the goalie into the net, for an own goal, putting Kickers up 5.

The final goal came in the 77th minute by Mitchell Martens, who made a solid hit from the edge of the 18yrd box, from a great team effort build-up play.

The game would end with the Hanover Kickers beating the Kildonan Cavaliers with a score of 6-1.

This would also put Noah at 6 goals for the season, pulling well ahead of the team score race and tying him with the league lead in goals.
