The City of Moose Jaw is on the verge of breaking a 45-year-old record high.
As of 1 p.m. yesterday, Environment Canada is showing that Moose Jaw has reached 36.1 degrees, tying the record set back in 1980. The city dropped down to 36 degrees at 2 p.m. but returned back up to 36.1 as of 3 p.m.
Coronach was also not only the hot spot in Saskatchewan, but the hot spot in Canada, reaching 37.5 degrees.
