A 55-year-old male remains in unstable condition after being run over in the back lane on Wednesday evening.
Shortly after 7 p.m. on July 9, a black SUV was exiting a parking lot going north in the back lane of 400 block of Balmoral Street. The vehicle unknowingly ran over a man who was already lying on the ground.
The 55-year-old male was taken to the hospital in critical condition but has been upgraded to unstable condition.
The driver of the SUV remained on scene and met with police and the Traffic Collision Investigation Section is continuing this investigation.
