Mechanical issues force cancellation of Thursday swimming lessons at Diamond Valley pool

Swimming lessons at the Dr. Lander Memorial Swimming Pool have been cancelled today (July 10) due to mechanical issues.  

As a result of boiler issues, the water temperature dropped overnight and with the cool weather and rain, conditions are not suitable for lessons.  

Boiler repairs are scheduled today, and participants will receive a credit for the cancellation. 

An update regarding tomorrow’s lessons is expected.   

During this time, the Diamond Valley pool is still open for lane and public swimming.   

The town thanks the public for their understanding and patience while repairs are completed.
