A flurry of calls early in the week gave way to a quiet finish in Rosetown RCMP’s first report of July.

The first report last Thursday afternoon detailed a vehicle versus power pole collision in Rosetown, as EMS transported one person to the hospital. Later that day, Rosetown members performed a wellbeing check near Wartime, but their subject's vehicle was gone upon arrival.

Friday began with a complaint at the front counter regarding a situation involving an assault and uttering threats that occurred near Zealandia. Not long after the subject in question was arrested and released on an undertaking, earning a date in Rosetown court in the process.

Later that night Rosetown teamed up with Kyle members after reports of erratic driving near Zealandia. It was eventually the Delisle RCMP joining the party to stop the vehicle, no further action being required.
