The Airdrie Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Monday around 6 p.m. in the Ravenswood neighbourhood.
"The first arriving firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire upon arrival," shared the Airdrie Fire Department.

The fire resulted in damage to the vehicle as well as three adjacent garages that were impacted.
"Quick action by firefighters prevented significant structural damage to those properties."
AFD thanked the area residents who called 911, allowing for a quick response and preventing more significant losses.
"The cause of the vehicle fire is currently under investigation."
