If you enjoy a cool fall, you'll love what Airdrie has in store for you in a few months.

According to the Farmers' Almanac, they are predicting a cool start, followed by a cold, rainy, and snowy finish.

"According to our Extended Fall Forecast, rain will be a recurring theme for Canada," shared the almanac. "Meanwhile, higher elevations in Quebec, British Columbia, and the Prairies may see wet snow as early as October, with more widespread snowfall expected across Ontario, the Prairies, and Atlantic Canada by November."

Thanksgiving weekend, Airdronians might need to break out the winter clothes.

"However, the Prairies may see rain or wet snow, and Atlantic Canada will remain cool, though skies are expected to improve."

With Halloween coming up on October 31, trick-or-treaters across the country should be ready for a cold and possibly rainy night.

"Ontario and the prairies (Airdrie) may see a mix of rain and snow, while British Columbia could face stormy conditions."

Fall officially begins on Monday, September 22, at 12:19 p.m.

According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), Airdrie is forecasted to have a rainy start to the week.
