A 17-year-old boy charged with attempted murder made an appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court earlier this week.

The boy, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, appeared via video from the Paul Dojack Youth Centre in Regina and was represented by lawyer Merv Nidesh.

Police identified two suspects in the shooting, 30-year-old Meagan Windover and a 17-year-old boy.

The boy was arrested on July 15 following a police operation on the 1100 block of Willow Avenue.
