Winkler traffic changes coming to 15th Street and Pembina Avenue

Drivers in Winkler will notice changes at the intersection of 15th Street and Pembina Avenue starting this week. Construction at the intersection is scheduled from August 13th to September 3rd.

During the work, traffic will be managed with a 3-way stop system. Once construction wraps up, the 3-way stop will remain in place as a permanent traffic control measure.

Motorists are advised to slow down, follow posted signs, and use caution in the area during the project.
