Five more names have been added to the Saskatchewan RCMP’s “Wanted Persons” list this month, including individuals wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault, and serious sexual offences.

The updated list was released earlier this week following a scheduled early-August review. The RCMP said names are chosen based on a combination of offence severity, public safety concerns, and the likelihood of locating individuals through public assistance.

The people on this list are not restricted in their movements, the RCMP noted. While they provide last known locations, these individuals could be anywhere.

The current list includes:

  • Irvine James McCallum, wanted for attempted murder and multiple firearms offences; last known in Sandy Bay.
  • Dallas Fulton, wanted for aggravated assault, robbery with a restricted weapon, and other firearms offences; last known in Duck Lake.
  • Eldon James Cone, wanted for sexual offences; last known near Shellbrook.
  • John Alfonso Anasarias, wanted for sexual offences; last known in Regina, possibly outside Canada.
  • Rory Vincent Ray McCallum, wanted for attempted murder and weapons-related charges; last known in La Ronge.

The RCMP emphasizes that the list is not comprehensive. It highlights only those cases where public help is deemed likely to assist — typically involving individuals with multiple or severe charges.

One of the key tools used in selecting names is the Crime Severity Index (CSI), a national statistical measure that assigns weight to different criminal offences. Serious crimes like attempted murder or sexual assault carry higher CSI scores, increasing the likelihood that an individual will appear on the list. RCMP analysts also consider how long someone has been wanted, whether their location is unknown, and whether they pose a current risk to the public.

All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Police are asking the public not to approach anyone on the list. If you see someone you recognize, call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
