The 7-1 Saskatchewan Roughriders are hosting the 6-3 Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday afternoon to open a CFL doubleheader.
Coming off a bye week, the Roughriders will send out the exact same lineup that dominated Montreal 34-6 back on August 2. They are currently on a three-game winning streak going back to beating BC 33-27 on July 19, and Edmonton 21-18 on July 25, the Roughriders only loss this season a 24-10 defeat to Calgary on July 12.

It's been a complete team effort for the Roughriders as starting QB Trevor Harris is top five in the league in both passing yards and touchdowns. Two Riders receivers Keesean Johnson and Dhonte Meyers are in the top 15 for receiving yards and touchdowns, the ground game strong as well with AJ Oullette currently top three in rushing yards.
On defense, the Riders have been relentless when it comes to getting to the quarterback as Mike Rose and Micah Johnson each have three sacks, Shane Ray and Malik Carney at four sacks each as all four players sit in the top ten. The team is also performing well in the turnovers category with nine interceptions and three fumble recoveries to this point in the season.
The pass defense will need to be on their game against Tiger-Cats quarterback Bo-Levi Mitchell, the current league leader in passing yards by over 200 yards, leading in touchdowns as well with 21. After the Riders beat the Ti-Cats 28-23 in their first meeting back on June 14, Hamilton went on a six-game win streak where they averaged 34 points a game, finally losing last week against BC 41-38.
It should be a good one as Saskatchewan looks to maintain their perch atop the CFL standings. Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM tomorrow from Mosaic Stadium in Regina.
