The second half of the Canada Summer Games got started on Tuesday, in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
On the diamond, Team Saskatchewan’s Women’s Baseball opened with a win against Manitoba 8-5.
Humboldt’s Camden Suchan had an RBI.
Saskatchewan was scheduled to play PEI in their second game on Tuesday, but due to rain, the game has been moved to Wednesday morning.
Following the matchup against PEI, Saskatchewan will face New Brunswick this afternoon.
In Women’s Volleyball, Saskatchewan started off on the right foot, with a 3-0 win over Quebec (25-23, 25-16, 28-26).
They will face New Brunswick today in their second matchup.
Lanigan’s Reese Stroeder is a part of Team Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan added two more medals in Artistic Diving and now have 8 in total (2 Gold, 3 Silver, 3 Bronze).
