Drivers in West Central Saskatchewan will have more options for fueling up during late-night and early-morning hours.

The Kindersley & District Co-op says its cardlock stations in Kindersley, Coleville and Marengo have been upgraded to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards, giving customers access to fuel 24 hours a day.

“The cardlocks in Kindersley, Coleville and Marengo have been upgraded,” said Kindersley Co-op’s marketing and member relations coordinator, Morgan Clappison. “The Co-op had over 600 cardlocks to upgrade this summer, our next four are on the roster for next summer.”

The next locations scheduled for upgrades in 2026 include Brock, Hoosier, Eatonia and Kerrobert.

Clappison noted the Marengo cardlock is particularly valuable to travellers.

“The Marengo one on Highway 7 is a big one. There’s not a whole lot between here and Oyen,” Clappison said. “It’s a positive thing to have out there just in case.”

Kindersley & District Co-op cardlocks currently offer gasoline, diesel and dyed diesel.
