A SaskTel service disruption is having an impact across the province.

SaskTel has identified that there is a wireless service outage, and customers are unable to make or receive calls at this time. SaskTel also indicated its IBC services were part of the disruption. The issue has been identified, and they are working to resolve it. There has been no estimated time to repair for the issue.

Meanwhile, the City of Weyburn issued an alert via Voyent that they were unable to make or receive any phone calls. They have advised SaskTel of the issue. By 9:45 a.m., the lines appeared to be working, but there was no confirmation from SaskTel or City Hall that the issue had been resolved.

The Saskatchewan RCMP have issued an alert that they are unable to receive calls via the 310-RCMP service. Residents should visit their nearest emergency services for non-emergency matters, and 911 is to be reserved for emergencies only.
