The National Men’s Baseball Championships wrapped up on Sunday in Regina.
In the bronze medal game, members of the Marysburg Royals were in both dugouts as Team Saskatchewan battled the host, Regina Trappers.
Team Saskatchewan won the bronze medal game 13-3.
Marysburg’s Tom Hooker was the leadoff hitter for Team Saskatchewan, and had two hits, scored a pair of runs and also stole two bases.
Brent Puetz came off the bench and delivered a single that scored two runs.
Team Saskatchewan was eliminated from the gold medal with a 6-2 loss on Sunday against Quebec.
The Regina Trappers chances for a gold medal were dashed on Sunday as they were defeated by New Brunswick 4-0.
In the gold medal game, New Brunswick beat Quebec 8-1.
