Cochrane's Best Neighbourhood Showdown 2025, powered by Cochrane Toyota has reached the first round of the semi-finals. Thousands of votes have been cast so far, and the competition is heating up.
The first semi-final match-up is:
WEST VALLEY/WEST TERRACE/WEST POINTE
VS
RIVERVIEW/GREYSTONE
VS
HEARTLAND
Riversong/Riviera/Willows won the 2021 showdown, Fireside in 2022, Heartland in 2023, and Sunset Ridge is the reigning 2024 champion.
After the daily votes are counted, one community will advance to the next round, while the other is eliminated.
Twelve neighbourhoods are being whittled down to the eventual winner, who will not only earn bragging rights for the year but also host an amazing neighbourhood party on September 12, 2025.
The celebration will include food trucks, entertainment, and prizes, including at $250 gift card to Save-on-Foods Cochrane.
