The Winnipeg Police Service has cancelled a Silver Alert for a 76-year-old woman.
Police had issued the alert on Monday afternoon, saying the woman had not been seen since 12 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14.
She was last seen near Shaftesbury Boulevard and Wilkes Avenue.
Just after 6:30 p.m. on Monday the WPS sent out a release saying she had been safely located.
A Silver Alert is issued when a senior or vulnerable adult is missing or believed to be in danger.
