A community lunch in Eatonia has raised more than $1,100 to support student field trips at Eaton School.
The hamburger and hotdog lunch, held Sept. 9 as part of the Kindersley & District Co-op community lunches, brought in a total of $1,110.
Members of the school’s Student Representative Council (SRC) and School Community Council (SCC) were on hand to help serve food and drinks during the event.
The funds will go toward future school field trips for Eaton students.
