A 46 year old female was airlifted to a Winnipeg hospital yesterday after a single vehicle collision in the village of Reinland southeast of Winkler.
According to RCMP, the call came in shortly after 9am Wednesday, with a report of a vehicle colliding with a tree on Reinland Avenue. The woman, from the Municipality of Rhineland, was the lone occupant in the vehicle. She was treated on scene by EMS, and then later transported to Winnipeg via STARS Air Ambulance.
According to RCMP it's not believed her injuries are life threatening.
Alcohol is not suspected to be a factor.
The investigation continues.
