0802 Hours – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was reportedly parked on the street for several days. Police will follow up with the registered owner.
1004 Hours – Break and Enter – 500 block Ominica St E – The complainant’s residence was broken into, and damage was caused. Multiple items from within the residence were stolen. The incident is under investigation.
1059 Hours – MVA Over – 9th Ave NW at High St W – A vehicle struck a light pole. No damage to the pole and no injuries to the driver.
1334 Hours – Hit & Run – The complainant’s vehicle was struck. The complainant was issued a file number for insurance purposes.
1350 Hours – Trespassing – Two individuals who are banned from a business were trespassing. Police responded, and both subjects vacated the area without incident.
1523 Hours – Fraud – The complainant was a victim of a mail scam. Police are investigating the incident.
1533 Hours – Theft Under $5000 – 0 block Thatcher Dr E – The complainant was arrested for stealing merchandise from a business.
1816 Hours – Driving Erratically – Multiple motorcycles were reportedly driving erratically, didn’t stop at a stop sign, and were doing burnouts. Police responded, and the subjects were gone on arrival.
2042 Hours – Parking Bylaw – An unregistered vehicle was parked on the street. The vehicle was towed.
0034 Hours – Break and Enter – 200 block Athabasca St W – The complainant reported that an individual was attempting to break into their residence. The subject was identified and was charged with break and enter.
0044 Hours – Break and Enter – 100 block Stadacona St W – An individual broke into the complainant’s residence. Police responded, located the subject, and arrested them for breaking and entering.
