For all cellular users on the Rogers network, the only calls out that can be made are for emergencies.
The issue seems to span across a few Canadian provinces as customers start the day. The issue started in the middle of the night.
According to a website that tracks outages, it says that 'Rogers is having issues since 02:20 AM EST.'
Rogers tweeted just before 8 AM that they were aware of the issues.
We know how important it is for our customers to stay connected. We are aware of issues currently affecting our networks and our teams are fully engaged to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will continue to keep you updated as we have more information to share.
