Two people from Ignace and Thunder Bay are facing drug trafficking charges after an arrest in Dryden.
The Dryden OPP says on November 13, officers observed an individual with an outstanding warrant and placed the individual under arrest. But upon further investigation, officers located and seized fentanyl, methamphetamine and items associated with drug trafficking.
As a result, 33-year-old Monique Olson from Ignace has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2,
As well, 35-year-old Dustin Woodbeck of Thunder Bay has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2,
Olson has been remanded into custody for a bail court appearance while Woodbeck has been released and is set to appear in court next month.
