Derrek’s true loves were his daughters. Daddy-Daughter dates made him smile and the simple and everyday things brought joy to his heart. Derrek was proud of his girls everyday and was the best Disneyland Dad! Derrek loved to cook, especially on his smoker whether it would be for friends or family, he made the best brisket on his smoker. Derrek made friendships everywhere he went. He always had a story to tell, that would leave your sides hurting from laughter. Derrek would take the time to help anyone out that needed a hand. KIND is the word that best describes Derrek. Derrek was extremely well known, loved and touched the hearts of all that knew him. He will forever be in our hearts.
