Kobe Grant made 25 saves as the Swan Valley Stampeders downed the Kings 4-1 in Dauphin and took that West Division semifinal in six games Tuesday night. With Swan Valley advancing, this means Virden is the lowest seed remaining in the hunt for the Turnbull Cup. Teams are reseeded in the second round of the playoffs so the top seeded Terriers draw Oil Caps for the league semi-final.

Steinbach will meet the Swan Valley Stampeders in the other semi-final.
