The Paperboys will headline Fort Saskatchewan's Canada Day celebration.

Do you know who will be performing during Fort Saskatchewan's Canada Day celebration on Saturday? 

Legacy Park will be the place to be as there will be plenty of entertainment for people of all ages to enjoy. 

The afternoon slate from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the bandshell stage and will feature four artists: 

  • Singer-songwriter Rebecca Lappa
  • Wild Rose Old Tyme Fiddlers
  • Freelance musician Benjamin Williams
  • Eric Yaremko

There will then be a one-hour break on the stage before the evening slate of performers get underway from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

British/Canadian singer-songwriter Martin Kerr will kick off the night. He is most well-known for his intimate songs with soaring harmonies that have a knack of making listeners either laugh or cry. 

Following him up will be a rising country star from Lethbridge in Trevor Panczak. The audience can expect Trevor to charm them as he enlists a combo of humour and smooth vocals on stage. 

Then, to end the musical performances on a good note, headliner The Paperboys will delight the crowd with their wide-ranging catalog that covers almost every sound imaginable. From Celtic reels and Mexican folk to New Orleans brass band music and West African singalongs, there is something for everyone. 

After the musical performances come to a close, the night will conclude with fireworks at the Rotary Amphitheatre at 10:45 p.m.
