With the assistance of the public, a lengthy investigation by the Winkler Police Service concluded last week with the arrest of a 37-year-old male.
Over several weeks prior to the arrest, the department had received numerous complaints about a male looking into residential windows at night.
Last week, police arrested a 37-year-old male resident of Winkler with 8 counts of Trespassing by Night, 2 counts of Criminal Harassment, and 8 counts of Voyeurism.
The male was released on an Undertaking with a December court date.
He must comply with several conditions including a 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew.
