On September 20th, police received a report of an assault that occurred earlier that evening at a local park.
Police spoke to the victims who confirmed they were assaulted and wished to proceed with charges.
A female Morden resident was arrested for Assault, Uttering Threats, and Mischief and released on an undertaking. She has a court date coming up next month at Morden Provincial Court.
Just after 4 o'clock on Sunday, October 1st Morden police were dispatched to an accident involving a vehicle and a cyclist.
The collision happened at the intersection of 7th Street and Thornhill Street.
Officers spoke to the driver at the scene who reported she was travelling westbound on Thornhill Street, then stopped at the intersection of 7th Street as she thought the cyclist was going to drive in front of her. Instead, the cyclist drove into the side of her vehicle causing it damage.
Police note the cyclist stated he was fine before leaving the scene without exchanging information with the driver of the vehicle.
