MCC's $1.6 million project helping food crisis in Gaza
The entire population of Gaza, roughly two million people, is on the brink of famine and MCC is facing delays in delivering food aid by truck.
The main issue MCC is facing is getting through the borders into Gaza to bring food relief.
"It's an unprecedented humanitarian crisis," says Darryl Loewen, the Executive Director of MCC Manitoba. "The residents of Gaza have their movements restricted by the state of Israel and the IDF. War has displaced nearly three-quarters of Gaza's population and at least half are living with an acute emergency food crisis."

Jesus was front and centre at the NCAA wrestling championships this past weekend.
Two college wrestlers, Aaron Brooks and David Carr, wore headbands that said '100% Jesus.'
Carr from Iowa State went on to win his second NCAA championship, a national title at 165 lbs.

When asked what his thoughts and emotions were when it came to being a finalist this year, he again gave all the glory to God.
Locked away until now, Amy Grant releases remastered album
Amy Grant is releasing music from the archives onto digital platforms.
Released in 1993, Grant's Songs From The Loft is now available on streaming services while previously having been out of print for years.

K-Anthony wins Juno in Christian music
It was an eventful weekend for Christian singer and songwriter K-Anthony.
The Jamaican-Canadian, who lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, won the top prize in the Christian music category.
When it comes to Canadian Christian music, there is just one category, a Juno award for Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year.
"Dreams do come true with God, faith and perseverance!" said K-Anthony in a post on social media. "With humility and deep gratitude, I share this recognition with all those who have supported me along the way. To God be the glory today and always."
