After 31 years together Royce has all the love for Elissa

Royce and Elissa have been together for over three decades and are the focus of today's love story. 

Royce entered our We Love love contest to tell us all about his and Elissa's 31 year love story beginning with how they met: 

"High school I sat behind her in grade 10 Social Class. Her friend had a crush on me and asked her to ask me what I thought of her friend. I didn't like her friend, but thought she was cute so I and started leaving silly presents from shop class on her desk. The rest Is history"

Wings Of Hope supports children in the Ukraine

A charity evening for children of the war in Ukraine will be taking place at Eastside Church of God on February 22nd

Wings Of Hope will be a fun evening as a member of the local Ukranian community Sasha Kalinina explains.

"Guests will experience Ukranian culture, live music, traditional homemade dishes, Ukranian crafts and a raffle with wonderful gifts from local businesses our sponsors. The evening is not only to raise funds but also to remind everyone of those in need of help."

Tickets are $25 each and children 5 and under are free.
