Mr. Douglas Andrew
Doug was born November 24, 1929 in Aneroid, Saskatchewan to Lloyd and Gen Andrew. He lived the biggest part of his life in Aneroid going to school and tagging along with his Dad on the dray.
He played ball and hockey as well as curled for a large part of his life. When he finished school he went into the reserves and was stationed in Camp Borden. They were just getting ready to ship out and the war ended.

The funeral service for Mr. Burnette Olson of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Olaf Lutheran Church with Pastor Patti Sherk officiating.
There will be a time for visitation on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from the Chapel of Warren’s Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m.
The interment service will take place at Nordland Church.

June Wiskar, age 95, passed away peacefully on February 15th, 2024, at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
June is survived by children, Brenda (Clarke), Steven (Roberta), and Donna (Scott); grandchildren, Brett (Amber), Cherokee, Kaitlin, Shawn, and Zoey; great-grandchildren, Teddy and Billie; brother-in-law, Harold (Dorothy); sisters-in-law, Joyce and June; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by husband Cyril, her parents Alice and John; siblings, Albert, Elmer (Alwyne), Doreen (Cloyd), and Melvin (Gladys); and daughter-in-law Shelly.

The memorial service for Mr. Donald Fleck of Swift Current, Saskatchewan will be taking place on Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 11:00 am, at Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish, with Father Ferdinand Eusebio officiating.

June Feil
It is with great sadness the family of June Feil announce her passing on February 9, 2024 in Swift Current at the Meadows with her family by her side at the age of 83. June was born on June 10, 1940 in Cabri, SK to Kathleen and Henry Wagner, and attended school in Swift Current. June married Roy Feil on August 11, 1956 and moved to the farm In the Beaver Flat area where they resided for 45 years until retiring into Swift Current. They raised 4 children: Susan, Teresa, Jim and Yvette.
Mrs. Eleonore Slaby
Hannelore “Eleonore” Slaby passed away February 9th at Kyle Health Centre following a brief illness. She was born May 22, 1926 in Oberhausen, Germany, the only child of Franz and Helene Riedl. After completing her primary education, she entered a three year apprenticeship program in office administration. It was there that she met her future husband, Frank Slaby.
