It's time for fun and frivolity with Facebook Friday! I find the best from the best.
This one, "So the guy asked me who has more fun than people. Dogs, I said. Dogs have more fun than people."
Speaking of dogs, I like this, "I shouldn't let my dog sleep in my bed? Dude, my dog can take out a credit card in my name if he wants to."
Here's a friend who shares, "I've reached the age where I appreciate a nice handrail."
Canada’s unemployment rate holds steady at 6.5% in October, economy adds 15,000 jobs
Canada’s unemployment rate held steady at 6.5 per cent last month as hiring remained weak across the economy.
Statistics Canada’s labour force survey on Friday said employment rose by a modest 15,000 jobs in October.
Business, building and support services saw the largest gain in employment.
Meanwhile, finance, insurance, real estate, rental and leasing experienced the largest decline.
Many economists see weakness in the job market continuing in the short term, before the Bank of Canada’s interest rate cuts spark a rebound in economic growth next year.
