With the return to classrooms right round the corner, proprietor Jon Thiessen breaks down backpacks in the latest edition of “UNpacking with U.N. Luggage.” 

Buried behind a multi-coloured wall of canvas and nylon, Thiessen brought plenty of styles and options to the Classic 107 studio.  

“If you can find (a backpack) that is accommodating for both school and future use, (that is) money well spent,” he suggests.

Amy Woodard just south of Colgate, Saskatchewan was today's winner of our Great Plains Ford Grain Rush. We were able to take some delicious KFC out to their field and enjoy the sunny weather.  

They are halfway completed harvest and are currently working on combining the last few crops including wheat, durum, and chickpeas.
