Bob (Robert Charles) Nelson

September 1st, 1943 - September 1st, 2023

Bob Nelson passed away on his birthday, after a 5 year long constant health battle, peacefully and at home where he wanted to be, on Friday, September 1st, 2023.

CAMERON

Allen Orville Cameron had his prayers answered when he was called to Glory on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023, at the age of 98 years, and reunited with the love of his life, Yvonne. 

HERON

Barry Keith Heron, affectionately known as Papa Boo Boo, of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away on Friday, September 1st, 2023 surrounded by his family.  He was predeceased by his parents, Cecil and Cynthia Heron.  Barry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Nancy; son, Kris (Natasha) and grandsons Kael, Ellis and Finn; daughter Amanda and grandsons Rhett and Rhys; as well as extended family in Saskatchewan and Alberta, along with his wonderful friends and golfing buddies.

JAMES BRYCE ANDERSON

With loving hearts, we sadly announce the peaceful passing of James “Jim” Anderson at the age of 93 years, on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023.

He was predeceased by his wife, Isabel Anderson (née: Mattock).  Jim is survived by his daughter, Leslie Donley (Rob); his loving companion, Barb Fister; grandson, Dylan Chute (Lindy) and great-grandchildren who reside in Saskatoon, SK; and sister, Jean Reid who resides in Tisdale, SK.

DONALD RODNEY PARR

Born on July 25th, 1932 and raised in Moose Jaw, SK,  Donald Rodney Parr passed away at the age of 91 years on Sunday, August 28th, 2023.  The second of four boys born to Hans and Daisy Parr, Don was truly his father’s son – compassionate, quiet, unassuming, and very organized; a trait that was shared with all his brothers.  He was not known to be a good singer (tone deaf in fact) but he sang out to the best of his ability in church.

DOLAN

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Theresa Dolan aged 94 years of Moose Jaw, SK, on Wednesday, August 31st, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

EILEEN CORA FISCHER

Eileen Cora Fischer (née: Simpson) was born on April 26th, 1933 on a farm in the small prairie town of Darmoody, Saskatchewan, to parents Johnny and Annie Simpson.  Eileen was the youngest of 11 children.  Eileen passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 24th, 2023 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.  Mom had a stroke on Monday, August 7th, 2023 and she had regained her speech and her beautiful smile, but her body was weak.

JOHN “JACK” CRAGG

1933 – 2023

John “Jack” Cragg aged 89 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at the Regina General Hospital, with family by his side.

Jack grew up on the family farm near Nipawin, SK.  He worked for the provincial government in agriculture and at the Water Corporation for  33 years.  After his retirement, Jack contracted out services for Tollifson Cable Services and HCL.

February 28, 1963 - August 23, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brent J. Armstrong, after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma, at the age of 60 yrs. in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on August 23, 2023.

Brent was born February 28, 1963. He was predeceased by his parents John(Swede) and Laura(nee Bumbac) Armstrong.
