Catherine Nancy Lang (née: Booth) aged 61 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Sunday, April 9th, 2023.  In keeping with Cathy’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held.  A special thank-you to all the staff at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital who cared for Cathy in Room 327.  Your care and compassion are deeply appreciated.  Also, special thanks to Dr. Waldner, Home Care, and the Palliative Care Unit.  Flowers are gratefully declined. 

Douglas Gordon Marr, MSM, CD

DOUGLAS GORDON MARR, MSM, CD
 

Douglas Gordon Marr, MSM, CD, was born January 1st, 1929 in Saint John, NB and graduated from vocational school, having achieved valedictorian standing in academics and a three-year commercial class.  Doug passed away on Friday, April 7th, 2023 in Moose Jaw, SK. 

In 1952 Doug joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Whitehorse, Halifax, Baden-Soellingen Germany, and 15 Wing Moose Jaw, where he retired from regular service in 1974. 

William ( Bill ) Anderson

It is with our deepest sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Anderson on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022.  Bill was born on November 20th, 1955 in Keeler, SK to Eva Bella Harden and Guy Adolph Anderson.

Wayne Richard Anthony aged 78 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6th, 2023.  Wayne was born on September 16th, 1944 in Kincaid, SK to Lorne and Muriel Anthony.  The family moved for various farming ventures during his childhood, and finally settled on a farm close to Alida, SK. 

Frank Walter Felt

Frank Walter Felt, poet and storyteller (in rhyme, most of the time), embarked to the spirit world with his dear friends by his side, at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, February 4th, 2023, at the age of 79 years.  Frank was born August 30th, 1943 in Mortlach, SK, the second child of Walter and Lena Felt.  Frank grew up on his family farm in Mortlach, learning much about the natural world.  His life’s education continued with great engagement after he left the farm.
