GLASCOCK

Lillian Glascock (Nee Arnold) aged 94 years of Moose Jaw, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023.  Born on July 16, 1928 to Carl and Lydia Arnold at Shamrock, SK.  She was one of 11 brothers and sisters. 

Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Warren Glascock of 57 years; daughter, Cindy Mc Arthur; grandson, Dustin Mc Arthur; great grandson, Austin Haviland as well as two sisters and eight brothers.

KOBER

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandma, and GG, Ruth Viola Kober, on May 17, 2023 at the age of 90.  Ruth was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, on August 24, 1932 to parents Malcolm and Edith Brown.  She married the love of her life, Edward Kober, who passed away September 30, 2015.  They were married for 64 years and had three daughters.  She clearly showed her love for all her family.  Her three sons-in-law clamored to be her favourite.  That speaks volumes about their mutual admiration.

Our much beloved husband, father, papa, and brother, John Gibson passed away on Thursday, May 11th, 2023, at the age of 71 years.  He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Mim (Garrett) Gibson.  John is survived by his wife, Deb Gibson (Hiller); daughter, Sara (Chris) and son, Kyle (Kara); grandchildren: Sirocco, Isabeau, Edison, John, and Llewyn; stepson, Mick (Kelsey); stepdaughter, Mandy (Mark); grandchildren: Eli, Macy, and Maverick; and sister, Linda Gibson. 

GLORIA JUNE KRAHN (née:  Bassendowski)

Gloria June Krahn aged 83 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Thursday, May 11th, 2023.  Gloria was the first child of Edmund and Elizabeth Bassendowski, born June 4th, 1939 at home on the family farm at Kelstern, SK.

She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Ervin Krahn; parents, Edmund and Elizabeth Bassendowski; brothers-in-law: Victor Dombrowski, Jacob Krahn, and Lawrence Krahn; and sisters-in-law, Elaine Krahn and Lori Dombrowski. They have received her with open arms and warm hearts.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to David William Wilson.  David passed away on Sunday, April 30th, 2023, at age 74 years at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon, SK.

David will be sadly missed by his wife of 54 years, Marjorie Anne (née: Huber); children: Clayton (Penny), Lana (Tim), Veronica (Stan), and Cameron; grandchildren: Alexi, Nathan, Aiden, Jace, Dylan, Callum, and Kyla; siblings: Paul (Susan), Cindy, and Ernie (Judy); as well as many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn Louise Burbank aged 97 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023, while in hospital with pneumonia and other complications.

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Todd Hutchinson announce his sudden passing on April 30th 2023 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Marie Therese Hook aged 72 years of Bateman, SK, passed away on Friday, May 5th, 2023, with family by her side. 

Marie was born to the late Edmond and Irene Auger on February 28th, 1951 in Gravelbourg, SK.  She spent most of her years caring for the disabled, even caring for them in her own home.  After she retired, Marie loved spending time at home in her garden and spending time with family.
