Roy Davis

It is with sadness the family of Roy Davis announce his passing on Monday, February 20, 2023. Roy was lovingly remembered as “Big Louie”. Louie was the #1 Winnipeg Blue Bombers fan. If you ever wanted a friend, Louie was the nicest guy you’d every want to meet. Big Louie was a social butterfly. In his younger years he sang karaoke at the Park Hotel and always sang “Peggy Sue”.

Darlene Valerie Ross

Darlene Valerie Ross (Miller) first born to Raymond and Ramona Miller on August 17, 1958 in Milton, Ontario. Darlene was raised on the family farm where she got her love for animals. She had plenty of jobs throughout her life but her favorite one was working at the Moose Jaw Wild Animal Park. She loved being around all the wild animals and caring for them.

Predeceased by great-grandson Domanic Ross; parents Raymond and Ramona Miller; father-in-law Richard Dyck; husband and love of her life Frank Dyck; and nephew Dalton Miller.

Margaret " Margie" E. Willis

Margaret (Margie) E. Willis peacefully passed away surrounded and supported by loving family on January 30, 2023. Margie was born on August 31, 1935, in Moose Jaw, the eldest of four children to James and Ruby Logan. Margie married James Anthony and they raised their two children on their ranch south of Moose Jaw. Margie and her son continued to ranch after James's death while she also drove school bus for 30 years.

William ( Bill ) Stykel

It is with great sadness that the family of William (Bill) Stykel announces his passing on February 5, 2023, at the age of 88 years. Bill is predeceased by his father Cornelius, mother Jennie and stepfather Jim Elliott; two sisters, Margaret and Annie; and two brothers Henry and David. 

 

Caroline Carlson

Caroline Carlson of Moose Jaw passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband Wilmer in 2015. Caroline is survived by her three sons David (Karen), Robert, and Edward as well as many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Margaret E. Willis

Margaret E. Willis passed away on January 30, 2023, in Moose Jaw, SK. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 22, 2023, at 7:00 pm at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel. A celebration of life will take place on Thursday February 23, 2023, at 1:30 at W.J. Jones and Son Funeral Chapel. Memorial donation may be made to Moose Jaw Humane Society 1755 Stadacona St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7. A full obituary will be posted shortly.

Angus Holmes Campbell

Angus Holmes Campbell passed away on January 5, 2023, at the Moose Jaw Extendicare with his wife Dianne and stepson Todd by his side at the age of 87. Angus was born on May 12, 1935, on the family farm west of Craik, SK and was the last surviving child of ten born to Eldon and Iva. 

Angus was predeceased by his parents; his first wife Bernice; brother Duncan; and sisters Ramona, Eileen, Jean, Doris, Amy, Lucille, Mary, and June.
