If you haven't seen it yet or heard it, you probably will soon, the Airdrie Christmas Truck is now back in action.
Luigi Trentalance and his Christmas truck look to spread holiday cheer while driving around Airdrie with a Christmas tree in the box while blasting Christmas carols.
Sydney Greentree, Trentalance's girlfriend, says he does it for all the smiles on people's faces
"It makes his day when people acknowledge what he is doing, which is spread the Christmas spirit.''
Trentalance who has been doing this tradition for around 10 years has a heartfelt reason for doing it.
"11 years ago, his father passed away on Christmas day due to cancer, it kind of brought the whole family down, so he started doing it that year, and he's done it every year since."

According to Greentree, Trentalance drives this truck to and from work each day and runs errands to the store or anything of that nature.
"He would love a holler or honk if you see it, it's why he does it, to make whoever sees it happy"
Greentree stated the Christmas truck will be out and about until New Year's.
Other Airdronians are also doing what they can to spread the holiday spirit. Chris Gourlie went for a walk this past Sunday (November 26) dressed up as Santa to spread the Christmas cheer. He plans to do a few more walks on weekends before Christmas so if you see him, make sure you say hi!
