A situation that had the potential to be more dangerous than it was happened Thursday afternoon on a highway west of Weyburn.
Yellow Grass Fire Rescue posted on social media they were called to the intersection of Highways 13 and 28 just before 1:00 p.m. due to a vehicle fire.
The crews on the scene were able to quickly bring the fire under control. While it did spread into a nearby ditch, they were able to control that as well.
No injuries were reported, however, it did appear as though the vehicle was a total loss.
