Celebrate the holiday season with Variations Choir as they return this Christmas for two delightful performances on Sunday, December 10 at Grace United Church, highlighting the rich tapestry of Canadian talent.
Dedicated director and artist, Colleen Weimer shares the festive details,” We're not going to do just Christmas music. Our first set is music by Canadian artists. We've got music by Great Big Sea, Michael Bublé, Anne Murray, and Gordon Lightfoot, of course. And then as we go into the second set, we're celebrating the sights and sounds of a Canadian Christmas. Some of our Christmas music has been composed by Canadian composers and others are just celebrating the season in the Canadian way.”
Mark your calendars for both the afternoon and evening shows on December 10. The matinee performance kicks off at 2 p.m., followed by the evening show at 7 p.m. Tickets can be conveniently obtained at the door, priced at $10 for adults, $5 for youth, and complimentary admission for children aged five and under. Join Variations Choir for a memorable celebration of Christmas through the lens of exceptional Canadian musical talent.
