On Wednesday, December 27, at about 10:30 a.m., St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP responded to a bank robbery on Main Street in Grunthal.
The investigation has determined that a lone male entered the bank and demanded money while making threats toward the employees. Following the robbery, it is believed the suspect then fled in a vehicle.
He was wearing a dark-coloured jacket and a black toque with a small logo and lettering beneath. He is described as having shoulder-length dark brown hair with a moustache, and some facial hair.
The Manitoba RCMP’s Major Crime Services, Forensic Identification Services along with officers from the St-Pierre-Jolys detachment are investigating.
