Tournament action takes over Okotoks and Aldersyde

The girls' games go this weekend and the boys' next weekend with 114 teams battling for 23 trophies.

If round ball is more to your liking, the Holy Trinity Academy Knights are hosting an eight-team basketball tournament that runs Friday and Saturday.

The host Knights take to the court first against the Bert Church Chargers from Airdrie at 1:15 while the Foothills Composite Falcons go up against Chinook from Lethbridge at 6:30.

Games go all day Saturday with the championship final at 7:00.
