But we certainly get at it as quickly as time allows. Especially understanding that we live in an area where there’s lakes, hunting, fishing, camping, things like that- people don’t want their boat sitting here for three weeks at a time.”

“The team all has manufacturer certification to care for these machines,” Mack ensures. “We have staff members that have been here since day 1 back in 1985… so we’re not joking when we say we have years and years of experience. It’s a lot of knowledge in one place.”
As a salesman, Mack’s favorite interactions are those with first-time buyers.
“One thing that we started in the last couple of years is the RV sales- we’re kind of new to the industry in that field. I always get satisfaction out of selling to a new family that is trying camping for the first time. It’s their very first purchase. So they take pride in that, and we take extra care in making sure that the transaction goes smoothly for them.”
After-sale service is part of every purchase at Moose Mountain Leisure, which has created a steady flow of return customers.
“We have a lot of repeat buyers that have been coming back year after year when it's time to maybe upgrade a unit,” Mack shares. “We sure like the fact that they come back to us to have that replaced with something new, continuing to use our service department and parts department, too.”
